Origin: The idea comes from an old spooky tree in a forest that is still alive. He evolves from a stump Pokemon when exposed to a DusK Stone. Besides the tree, he is also based off a Jester. You can see the Jester Hat made in the tree branches, but also, the behavior of pranks and jokes is not unlike a Jester.
