I guess 7/18/11 because if p99 isn't right, this is, and if he is right this doesn't count. I IS SMART.

I'll let TDL decide this one. The Portal thread was posted THE DAY it was revealed to members. So P99 is wrong about that. But the issue of timezones is iffy.

I say we go by PB Time, which is WPM's time zone, meaning that the change occurred at approximately 10pm 7/17/11

It'll be a time zone thing then, because I remember seeing it for a brief moment before I logged off the day before, and the news article was posted at 211AM the next day.

I'm perfectly fine with Guy's Idea, which would give us a point. I'm also fine with neither team getting a point.

It was posted on 07-18-2011 for me, and I live on the east coast. I say hipoke is correct, so Team Ninja gets zero points because p99 is wrong but hipoke is right.
