Wow they all look very nice, I have about 4 B/W Ex's , 3 of which are promo. No secrets and no full arts. I do have however, a fair few Japanese and Korean EX's and FA's

I haven't collected anything from the newer sets, but I have a few ultras from DP and a handful BW: Rayquaza C Lv.X promo, Garchomp C Lv.X promo, Absol G Lv.X, Frost Rotom, Fan Rotom, Mewtwo EX promo, Articuno EX and 2 Keldeo EX (not promo) in the mail (thanks to the guy who sold me them :D)
None of these happen to be worth that much, right?

It's also a dream of mine to get Tyranitar ex delta and Gardevoir ex delta (I have this thing for delta species and old ex's)(English and/or Japanese), but I don't have the trading material/money to get them. Yet...

Duuun Daaaa Daaaaaaaaa... DADUUUUUMMM bom bom bom bom bom and so on.

I grinned like a loon when this package arrived this morning -- I had a feeling he would come before the weekend, so I parked myself near the front door and waited. Plush? Plush barely covers just how much awesome this package contains.

Measuring in at an almighty 3'1", I give you, the almighty Golden Karp.
Just. Look at him? Look at him. Look at him.
Don't believe he's that big? Well take a look at this and this. It should be noted I'm 6'0". Here have this too for good measure.

42816_original.png

Gigi kindly demonstrates just how terrifyingly huge this guy is too.

43048_original.png

He fits into my nest like a dream. I already have a billion and one pillows and cushions because I'm a bird like that and I enjoy my comfort given this is a relaxation spot as well as a work zone, and with just a bit of shuffling he settles in just so.

He's squishy, he's comfy, he's very golden, and very adorable. Worth every penny to middle because wow these would've been horrifying to take home without a car let alone get to the post office to ship. Gin is a goddess amongst middlemen.

In addition to getting a giant gorgeous karp in the mail, I also have spent the past day or two cleaning up and reorganising two collections I have: my Reshiram/Zekrom/Kyurem(s), and a small tribute spot for some of my favourite Pokebirds.

45465_original.png

All reorganised nicely and dusted like I should’ve done a few eons ago, but was too broken to do so. So many pieces in this collection are sister items to Gin’s, such as my lotto pearly variant Reshiram from the keitai second chance entries run in 2011, and my White Kyurem lotto figure from last year. It’s nice to have them all together now and displayed nicely.

43462_original.png

Gotta love the angry frozen chickens. All my Kyurems grumpily stare down at me saying 'work harder'.

43524_original.png

Reshiram side.

43916_original.png

Zekrom + Kyurem side.

44476_original.png

It’s also nice to have room for smaller pieces I’m still missing or might come across, but I still am overjoyed that I can say I got 99% of the collection in person while traveling in Japan during movie summers. And it just looks so nice all displayed properly now.

44662_original.png

Pearly lotto Reshiram says raaargh.

44826_original.png

Now to the birdies~

45227_original.png

Some pieces are in storage, so I don’t have any of my Moltres/Zapdos/Articuno pieces here asides from the tiny rare keshimon metal figures, but I do have all my baby Mukkuru and Mamepato birds plus evolutions. And blublus. My small pidgey family selection stuff all lives over with my Hawkeye figures, so, they're chilling over elsewhere.

Thanks for looking!

The funny thing is I'm actually more jealous of the Chocobo, that thing is awesome!

Also, how do you keep all those figures and plushies from getting dusty...that must be a huge hassle yet fun at the same time haha

Sweet potatoes and gravy, that's amazing! How much did that Karp cost you?!

Also, I think you may have too many figures. You know what would be awesome? If you took a wall, and got a custom-built display center installed. Like, 1 spot for each figure or whatever. It would be a most glorious wall.

I want a huge wall for figures some day....right now I cant properly display my collection. It is a hassle for me to dust the plush/figrues I do have out, so I want a glass case- wall or something. LOL Nice displays!

Hilariously this isn't all my figures. I have a full Arceus (including plate variants) and Giratina collection too but they're both boxed up in storage right now. When I get my new place I'll have the room to showcase -all- of them with proper shelving.

As for dusting? Air cans work wonders, but I also make sure I pull apart each display every few months to wash them or dust them with a microfibre cloth. I've been ill the past six months (and by ill I mean I had broken limbs) so I hadn't been able to do that until now. I like doing it because it means I get to enjoy every piece I own every time I handle them, and fondly remember how I got them since most of these I picked up in person while over in Japan.

And the karp I got for $145 via a friend. But I'd of even paid the $250 they are on eBay etc. because it's just so cool. And well made. It's like.. two inches bigger than lifesize too so if you ever had trouble envisioning the size of a magikarp...

a air can is a can of compressed air used to blow dust off things. Mostly used for Keyboards

Worth noting that most places require you to be 18 years of age to purchased compressed air.

Why would you need to be 18+ to purchase that?

Love your figures, Viper.fox! Also that Golden Karp is awesome!

Compressed air isn't just air in a can.

If you ever get a can, turn it upside down and spray it. It comes out white. The can gets really cold. On the can, there is a warning that says it can cause frostbite.

^^ That and people can get addicted to inhaling it...

That's an AMAZING collection, Viper! It's so beautiful! I can't stop looking at the pictures! *sparkly eyes*

Yeah I used to work in the tech industry doing servicing on machines so I have a heap of the stuff from my kit leftover. But yeah if you spray it upside down like an idiot it'll cause a world of hurt, so. Be careful.

And thanks guys <3

OK thanks for the warning! Spray bottle upright only! LOL, never heard of it till now. I will look for it because it may help dusting figures.....and you can use it on plush? I dont want it to make my figures or plush stain, smell weird, or negatively affect the fabric or paint in any way.

These are some pretty epic collections here! Most of them put mine to shame.

I don't really collect a set type of Pokémon goodies, but several Pikachu have fell into my possession:

Here's most of my other Pokémon things:

VIDEO GAMES
games_zpsaeeab65a.jpg

I traded for these Red and Ruby cartridges, but the labels were worn off, so I made new labels for them. I had owned these games previously with labels in-tact, but I gave them to my younger cousin, along with Yellow. I also used to have Gold and Sapphire Versions, as well as Pokémon Pinball RS, but I traded those away. I also had FireRed Version, but I let a friend borrow it and they lost it. I bought Pokémon Battle Revolution on eBay and it didn't come with the original case.

VIDEOS

The ones without cases were given to me. Charizard, Go, Wake Up, Snorlax, and Fighting Tournament, I think.

BOOKS

I also have Pokémon Yahtzee Jr. (Ruby & Sapphire) and a poster-size Pokémon puzzle, but they're currently inaccessible (stuck in a drawer).

CARDS
tcg_zpsd6b0032d.jpg

Three full-size binders full of Pokémon cards (no doubles - alternate holos don't count as doubles; one of these contains only rare cards), plus a smaller 4-per page binder full of rare holographic cards, and a Zatch Bell spell-book full of rare holos and promos. You can see some of my favorite and rarer cards (as well as some of my custom-made cards) on my YouTube channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/AkiTheTanuki

STICKER CARDS

sticker3_zpsea2072e9.jpg

These cards came from quarter machines in grocery stores, Pizza Hut, K-mart, and Big Lots. Most of the ones from grocery stores were classic cards and folded to fit in plastic balls or eggs. The ones from Pizza Hut and K-mart were Neo-series cards and were flat. All of these are Japanese. Currently looking for more cards like this. If you have any that you're willing to trade, send me a PM.

MISC CARDS

Cards included with toys, candy, and videos. The Pokémon Snap Station cards were bought by my cousin at a card shop.

The shiny Dunsparce all the way to the left was made for me by Orange-Shadows @deviantART. The crocheted one next to it as well as the Mew and Dunsparce all the way on the right were made by my mom. The rest are official.

I have some more coins, like holographic Chansey, Vileplume, and Starmie, as well as some of the plastic coins from the ex-Series like Metagross, Gardevoir, and Flygon, but I can't quite find them at the moment. I also have the 3D coin from the 2nd Pokémon movie VHS.
