The current Tier list?

Tier 1:
Flygon (definitely deserves tier 1 status)
Dialga G
Machamp

Tier 2:
Magnezone
Leafeon
Scizor
Kingdra
Gengar variants

Tier 3:
Everything else
 
How come I don't see Tyranitar in a lot of these lists, isn't he worthy of at least Tier 2?
 
And how come infrnape isn,t teir one with a raichu or luxray gl tech it wins several matches!
