Anyway, I was inspired by DNA-Zama's CMT and have started a nuzlocke. yey.
I had woken up in a relatively unfamiliar Bedroom.
It certainly wasn't a place I'd been before, so I got up and walked around -- There was a TV, a Live Report on sightings of a Red Gyarados was being shown, with me having woken up at the end of it.
I decide to leave this scary bedroom and make my way down the stairs, where a Lady with Blue Hair that looks like it's been in a bowl for a year awaits.
After escaping from the woman who claimed to be my mother, I decided to head out of town.
And with that, we headed to the entrance of Lake Verity, where we saw an Old Man and some Guy talking about stuff. They soon cleared off, the Old Man politely asking us to stand aside. Now we could go and find any truth in thiscorrupt news story.
We proceed to roll the Starly.
I hate the fact that I have to go and tell that Bowl-haired lady that I'm going somewhere, but the game forces me to. I'll grind along the way, I decide.
After that, I begin to run out of the house, when KAITO's Mom appears.
And off to Jubilife I go!
Now with a new addition, we head off to grind everyone to level 10.
...only for Truffle to die in her first battle.
Nevertheless, I grind Dracarys up to level 10 and Dream Smash the route.
I heal up Dracarys, then head for the Trainer School
He has a Level 6 Abra. Surprisingly, it actually knew and attacking move: Hidden Power. Dracarys Dream Smash.
She has another level 6 Abra.

Now equipped with Potions, I head out to grind Muse.

After a while of switching between Dracarys and Muse, something begins to happen, something strange. In fact, both of my Pokémon were glowing.
After evolutions, I healed my Pokémon and headed for the next route. When I arrived, KAITO was standing in the middle of the road, seemingly waiting for someone. It turned out the he was waiting for me.
And so it begins.
He has two Pokémon, the first being a Starly, the second I can only assume to be his Piplup.

Heck, Muse floored his Piplup with Classy Fury Cutters.

Anyway, I didn't feel at all tired, even after grinding Koutei up on the poor Trainers of this route, him 2HKOing everything in sight, even with quick attack. Seriously, quick attack. Koutei is now recognized as the BAMF of the team.
Some hiker guy proceeds to give me rock smash, which I give to Muse, and I sweep the two trainers with Him and Koutei. I then enter Oreburgh
And off to the mine I went...
And now, off to the gym I go~
But first, I have another catch here in Oreburgh.
