I answered this prior in the thread

I also know that there has to be 3 double type Pokemon and 1 single type pokemon

And the grass type is ruled out

and megan bonnet is not a possibility

@Ephemera didn’t you say that your Pokemon was the final Evo because if you did you deleted it. I may be not remembering correctly though.

@Lord Goomy would it be possible to ask @FourteenAlmonds a question?

ok so at this point I’m assuming that everyone chose a Pokemon whose final form/Evo is a stage 1/2nd Evo
3/4 are ghost because they float
All 3 of those ghost Pokemon are duel type
Grass is out of the equation
Shedninja is probably pokefams Pokemon unless he is lying
Shedninja fills the floating, less than 10 pounds, and 2nd evo
Now bug is out of the equation as it is taken up by Shedninja
ok so I was wrong about every Pokémon being it’s final form because I think another Pokemon that was chosen is
haunter by scattered mind probably
And maybe frostlass by Ephemera
Now I know the numbers don’t add up but I don’t know
Scattered could also be doublade.
I’m basically telling you my Pokemon but I don’t care at this point.
 
Those are interesting guesses. I don't see how that tells us your Pokémon, though.
All you've hinted is that it's monoDark type, the second evo, and it has dark as it's primary color.
 
That leaves 5 Pokémon you could be.

Umbreon
Alolan Persian
Mightyena
Liepard
Zoroark

And this is assuming all the info you gave is correct. You could be misleading us. Not to say that you are, but it shouldn't be dismissed as a possibility.

All of my findings are based if everyone is telling the truth
 
Well yes, but I'm fairly sure all of these are above 10 pounds in weight.

List of floating Ghost-type stage 1s:

Haunter
Shedinja
Banette (does it count? I'm not sure.)
Driftblim
Mismagius
Froslass
Cofagrigus
Lampent
Doublade
 
Assuming Piplup is telling the truth about being mono-Dark, the mono-Ghost types can be removed:

Haunter
Shedinja
Driftblim
Froslass
Lampent
Doublade

Among these, the ones that seem like the killer to me are Haunter and Lampent. Both are somewhat corporeal, yet not quite solid.

I commented on the Pokémon’s viability
 
I think that as well. Among your list of likely suspects, Shedinja, Driftblim, and Froslass are more solid, meaning they wouldn't be described as not quite solid.
Lampent is mostly incorporeal, and I'm not sure how it's body works with this, so it seems suspicious, but Haunter is more likely.

It has to be haunter as you are final form so you can’t be it.
Pokefam is supposedly Shedninja he could be lying or maybe he is lampent if it qualifies as dead or even haunter
With this in mind scattered is probably haunter
