Oh I see now, sorry.
GTS cloning is no more legit that AR cloning. Plus it is way too slow, and risky, as you can lose you pokemon in a trade, or your game could crash.

the pokeon used in both methods are shown as legit in a hack check, and both are allowed in official nintendo events, so both are equally legit. Whether it is an external device or not, it is equally legit.

6.What good trade pokemon do you have (3 please)? I have shinies, EVd pokemon, and bred pokemon with good egg moves.

You know what, safariblade, I really wan to let you. It is just a moral problem with me and I know Il regret it. I will try to convince myself but thats one of the problems with being me, my mind is a bit mature for m age so i wonder about moral and the right thing a little bit too much. Its mixed bag in my opinion. Talk to gary about your AR being legit idea BTW, he will give oyu the lowdown.
