No I don't think you were skipped. LV does get really busy with other things often times. I think the request might have gotten lost in the mountain of posts here. I had to go back pages to find it. You really need to use the correct form, she won't do anything if you don't use the correct form. And it might help speed things up if you use the secret phrase.
