Basically, the game considers enchanting and alchemy potions as restoration spells, so if you use a restoration potion, and then an alchemy one, its effect grows. At first, it's very little, but if you continue iterating the potions, little by little, you reach crazy numbers; and I'm talking enchanting potions that increase by millions your ability. And then glitch the game.
 
I'll never understand why people use exploits in Skyrim or any other TES game. "Yaaaayyyy I have 245 Daedric Daggers..." *reloads save to before glitch was exploited*
 
So guys I cannot say what I just got (Thanks for the reminder, HW :p) but let's say you got invited for another beta session and were making a new character...what group would you join? Aldmeri Dominion, Dagerfall Convent, or the Ebonheart Pact?
 
That's only a slap to the wrist. If anyone breaks they're agreement with Bethesda, they face a lot of legal trouble.

I'm thinking of picking up Skyrim again. Please recommend me what race to play, what quests to complete, followers to use, husbands to marry, and other rpg ideas. I normally play female elves with a focus on destruction magic and one-hand. But, I am open to any race (although Argonians freak me out a bit and seem hard to customize) and am going to play a female. Quest lines that I haven't completed yet include: Dawnguard side, Stormcloak side, Dragonborn's main quest, Boethia's quest, destroying the Dark Brotherhood, getting married, and some other minor ones.

Edit: I will be playing on Xbox 360, so no mods. And, I have all DLCs.
 
Race: Breton
Weapon: Mainly Destruction, and one handed
Quest lines: Destroy DarkBrotherhood, College of Winterhold, Dawnguard.
Challenge for you: Become thane in every hold. (Not hard, but it does require questing and about 15 minutes on the wiki)

I... Don't really pay attention to husband material in Skyrim, so I cannot help you there :p

Unless you're a Kahjiit or an Argonian, then you get stuck with awkward facial features and hair.
 
The Elder Scrolls Online-Join an Alliance

So, the Elder Scrolls Online will be coming out 4/4/14 for PC/Mac and June for Xbox One and PS4. The Collector's Edition of the game has been announced. So with all the hype going on, I am creating this post for members of the Pokebeach community that are planning on playing the game to connect with other members, possibly join a faction together, and even share their rings of Mara (if they have that option). I will make a list of the alliances, races, classes, game servers, and Mara hopefuls to make it easier for members to connect with. So, here are the questions:

What alliance do you plan on joining (can list all three if unsure)? (Note that pre-orderers can play any race in any alliance).

What race do you plan on playing (can list up to 4)? (Note that Imperial Edition pre-orderers can play as an Imperial).

Will you be preordering? If so, will you be getting the Rings of Mara add-on? If so, do you need a partner for this? (It seems that you can have more than one partner. And, since it is exp-based, you can list certain specifications for your partner, like plays at night EST time, etc.). (Please note that Mara partners need to be on the same team).

Will you be playing on PC/Mac, Xbox One, or PS4? If on PC/Mac, will you be playing on the US or European server? (It seems that you can choose).

What class do you plan on playing (can list up to 2)?

Here are my specifications: I am 60% likely to play a female Altmer. Other possible races include Khajiit and Breton. I will stay loyal to my race's alliance. I will be playing on the PC with the US server. I plan on being either a Sorcerer or Templar. I currently have no partner for the rings of Mara. I am open minded in regards to my partner(s). However, I won't be playing a lot the first month due to it being right before finals/term papers/my graduation. I have no experience with MMOs.
 
Quick question:

I have the opportunity to buy either Oblivion or Morrowind on Steam (one or the other), may I ask, which from your opinion, is better, and why? Thanks.
