Background Color: a rregular blue, not like the ones in your examples. a bit darker, like the blue of Pokebeach forums :D
Text and Text Color: 'Team Rogue' in any color you think is best

Anything Else?: You can just do a his face looking at you, and you don't have to make the avvy look fierce like T-Tar normally is.
