I think i figured out how to make TCs that change like how raquaza did, if i am right will I lose points by getting the idea of changing backgrounds from B-rays, because I did have to find it out how to do it in the first place. Is it okay if I pm you my fan-fic, I don't want anybody getting ideas off of it.

You can animate them.....but make sure its a CARD. Passes are my idea, and I can get you warned/taken out of sig/contest for that.

The ideas for Trainer Passes are strictly that of B-Rays. You can animate your TCs, as long as you aren't making TPs.

Charizard88, I suggest you put your pictures on photobucket instead, so it doesn't come out that small. So I can do animated Tcs, but not TPs, got it.

Yes, you can make animated TCs. B-Ray's TPs are his TC entry, and he's the only one allowed to use them, since he is the founder of the idea. thank you.
