well, here is some stuff that could help you understand:
1)It is a Lv.X, yet doesn't say who it levels up from
2)The Poke-Power should be an attack
3)You don't say "Once during your turn, you may ---" in the PokePower, making it a pretty broken card already
4)You didn't tell how much damage the resistance takes away
5)Don't even make me start on the "spelin' + gramer", okay?
