In this thread you can talk about what decks are in your metagame, how played one or some of them are, how good it is, like it or hate it, what age division you are in, ect. (none of this has to be in any particular order, so start with whatever you want) I'll start with my metagame.

Well in the area of Florida I'm in it's kinda strange because South Florida, Melbourne and Port Saint Lucie all kind of share the same metagame, it's very hard to describe unless you live in one of these areas and know what I mean. As for the decks, from what I've seen at BR's, the current metagame is: Rehiphlosion, Reshiphlosion W/Kingdra Prime, ZPS/T, Stage 1 Rush, Zoroark/Cinccino, Kingdra Prime/Yanmega Prime, Gothitelle/Reuniclus and google varients. As for what's being played alot, I'd have to say Reshiphlosion with Kingdra Prime because about 3 or 4 of the Multiple Reshiphlosion decks I've seen all had a 1-0-1, 1-1-1, 2-0-2 or 2-2-2 of Kingdra Prime in them, I think Kingdra Prime in Reshiphlosion is odd but it's suprisingly effective. I do like the current metagame, but that's because my deck mauls through most of it! :p Also I am in the Master's Division.

EDIT: Also I forgot to mention one of the Zoroark/Cincinno decks had Kingdra Prime teched in it too.

Here in Minnesota, Reshiboar/phlosion are REALLY popular, with some google and Gothiclus. I'm in the seniors division, and the majority of competitive seniors here aren't competitive. Most of the competitive ones run Reshiplosion, which I can plow through with my Bearplume.

Kingdra is in Reshiphlosion to beat Reuniclus. It's not an odd inclusion at all.

The only person I know that has Kingdra in any deck here in MN is a master who has it in his Megazone.

My area is extremely competitive. Most players have go to Worlds, and TyRam is the metagame.

Kingdra is ok in TyRam, I know eevee uses it.

In my area & division ($3n!0r$) ZPST and Reshiram varients are popular. NO DONAPNANS AT ALL! It's wierd.

From what I have seen from the New Mexico metagame so far this year, almost everyone is playing some sort of Mew variant. It was kinda weird, I don't think this tread will continue, I think everyone was playing it because there were expecting a lot of Gothitelle.

Btw, this was a pretty good idea for a thread. It has the potential to get some intelligent discussion going, but that part is up to the members I guess.

The bad part is there's no real meta - basically expect every deck to have one or more of the following in it: Reshiram, Tornadus, Mew, Magnezone, Yanmega or Reuniclus. Past that, there's hardly anything you can say in most areas. Because these cards are for the most part all part of some traingle or another, there's a lot of crazy decks going around with 3-4 of these cards in them.

Speaking of Mew Prime, I find it weird that I have yet to see any Mewbox decks at BR's, oh maybe I'll see some at Regionals. (the only reason I'm interested in seeing one is because I want to see how well it preforms as a deck)

^ Mewbox is quite good, but I wouldn't play it at a tournament.

I've only been to one BR so far but our Meta seems really mixed up... Stage One, Lanturn/Zekrom, 2 Gothitelle, Raichu/Zekrom, ReshiPhlosion...

How the heck does Raichu/Zekrom work? It seems like too much of a effort as ZPST is just better...

It was a Raichu HG/SS not the Prime... I'm not sure how it worked though, I didn't play against it.

I honestly like how the meta varies from area to area with respect to what's more commonly played. It certainly is better compared to where all areas have a universal meta in LuxChomp.

Anyway, my country (Philippines) is bizzaro world, there is no defenite meta and we just play what we want to. I play stuff like TyRam and Stage1s though. Donphan should be the most common deck here as well, along with Zekrom.

I like some order to what other people play but I suppose that's just me... The variety is too large IMO.

Variety is a very good thing. The issue is when you get this triangle format and winning games more often than not comes down to luck of who you get you paired against and not who is the better player. Of course, deck choice plays a part in this and that's why the better players have stayed on top for the most part.

Here in Ohio, we have a lot of Rogue decks, but there are a couple of guys at my league that play Reshiphlosion and Stage 1 Rush. I am also currently trying to build a Stage 1 Rush.

Reshiphlosion is all over the place at my league. I see a couple Reshiboar, Stage 1 rush, and your occasional ZPST.

My league is mainly rogue. Theres 1 Stage Ones, 1 Reshiboar, 2 BearPlume and no other Meta Decks.

My area sees alot of TyRam, ZPST, Badboar, Megazord and Gothitelle decks.

In Alabama I am surrounded by noobs except for a few. Its weird because im near some of the most competive states (Flordia and Georgia). So I cant put in that much input.
