Not anymore it's not. Pretty much 0 decks except for Mewtric (which isn't very big anymore) even play it, so really only 1 deck does play it. But Flygon EX δ is very good.

Most likely the most wanted EX IMO is Flygon EX δ/Bannette EX LM right now, since they're really the only ones that are winning anything nowadays.
