The Naptime Thread

I usually fall asleep at 11 and get up at 6. On the weekends I tend to get 9-12 hours of sleep.
Over the summer, though, I set my current record of 14 hours.
 
I honestly wish I didn't have to sleep. It wastes time for me. I could get so much more done in my life. I average around 8/9 hours a night of sleep though.

I tend to get more sleep on weekends than weekdays. I'm usually up til 2 every night skyping or doing HW that I had the whole night to do, then wake up at 5. On weekends excluding sunday, I usually fall asleep around 12, and sleep in til 10 or so. Then on Sunday I'm up til 2 again to finish weekend studying/homework. I'm usually really tired physically, but my mind tends to stay sharp. Luckily I have gym, which gives the day a big energy boost.
 
One weekdays, I generally have around 9 hours of sleep. On the weekends, it really just depends if I have a dream or not. If I have a dream, I might get another hour or two of sleep by trying to figure out what the dream was and what it meant. So, that makes me have around 8-10 hours of sleep on the weekends.
 
go to bed at 11 earliest and wake up at 5 for school. 6 hours is the most sleep I have gotten for weeks, except for weekends of course. I usually nap an hour or two in the afternoon to prevent from dosing off during homework and such.
 
Well, on weekdays I usually go to bed at around 9:00 (I can never seem to stay up very late) and wake up at 6:00, so 9 hours on weekdays,
and I usually go to bed at around 9:30 on weekends,(Big difference from 9:00 :p) and wake up at 10:00 latest, 7:00 earliest, so it varies. But usually I wake up at about 8:30, so 11 hours on weekends.
 
I go to sleep at 11 then wake up at 6. But on weekends, i go to sleep at 11, but wake up at 9.

When im in a public place and i sleep (plane) i dont talk, but when im in my room, i do. Its like my brain realizes the differences.

I sometimes drool in my sleep. I've only done it twice though and it freaks me out.
 
I get 5 hours of sleep cause usually I sleep from 1 to 6 AM but sometimes when im behind I would sleep at 2 and wake up at 6. I have many chores and kids to help begin a father. most of my day actually revolve around them from before and after school but bewtween i like to surf the internet or just go out and hang. During the day especially when I talk to people and go to my child's meetings I always feel drowsy
 
I go to sleep at 2:30am or later. wake up at 6:30am. monday-friday. son's bus picks him up at 7. =/
weekends I "sleep in" till 8AM. parenthood ROCKS
 
@carlitosbob - Whoa. Does caffeine run in your veins?

My circadian rhythm is beyond repair, which is never a surprise to an insomniac. I cannot remember the last time I achieved the golden eight hours. My sleep schedule in high school (and my old job) used to be 1 AM – 6 AM. Nowadays, my slumber is more or less identical beginning at 1 AM – 3 AM; I am physically incapable of sleeping prior to this narrow window. Luckily, I can sleep until 7 AM – 9 AM without much fuss. Nevertheless, it never seems like it's enough, you know? I try to sleep earlier, but...unfortunately, I have succumbed to midnight addictions for the Internet (I blame eBay).
 
nope. I've just been trying to train myself to go directly into REM sleep cycles =D it worked over the summer, only slept 2.5 hours a day at different times. I would average being awake for 28 hours before my less than 3 hour sleep. so each day had a different sleep time which was annoying. but I was not tired until the last 15 minutes of the day.

only caffeine I dink is maybe one or two cans of soda a day. coke makes me TIRED. so, only drink caffeine free soda, juices, water, or Dr Pepper.
 
I go to sleep anywhere between 10PM and 7AM. I wake up anywhere between 7AM and 5PM.
I like Lucid dreaming.

Well unlike most people here, I work 3rd shift, so I'm up at night and sleep during the day. And my sleep schedule is all outta whack.

Work days/Nights - I typically get some where around 2 1/5 hours to maybe 5 hours of sleep.
Weekends - I usually get 5 hours of sleep and I switch from being up at night to being up in the day.

So friday morning when I get off work, I stay up till anytime around 10 pm, thus being up for 24+ hours just to get into a day shift feel for the weekends. Really hard to get used to with the back n forth sleep schedule, but I get by.
 
@ Project696, that's why you instead find party animals and party all night. that way it doesn't effect your sleep schedule. =)

AND you get to party all night.
 
I get 8-9 hours of sleeps every night. On the weekend 9-10 hours.

My brother on the other hand...
Can sleep up to 15 hours on the weekend (0_o)
