My circadian rhythm is beyond repair, which is never a surprise to an insomniac. I cannot remember the last time I achieved the golden eight hours. My sleep schedule in high school (and my old job) used to be 1 AM – 6 AM. Nowadays, my slumber is more or less identical beginning at 1 AM – 3 AM; I am physically incapable of sleeping prior to this narrow window. Luckily, I can sleep until 7 AM – 9 AM without much fuss. Nevertheless, it never seems like it's enough, you know? I try to sleep earlier, but...unfortunately, I have succumbed to midnight addictions for the Internet (I blame eBay).
