Here are the official rules for the Navy Spheal's banner contest!
1. The banner must be made and submitted by August 1st. (will be extended if less than 8 banners are entered)
2. Must say "The Navy Spheals, Reporting for Duty" on the banner, and NOTHING ELSE! (Exception: If that other thing written is a signature or your name it will be excepted)
3. No pirating other banners. We will find out and you will be disqualified immediately and banned from this forum.
THE PRIZES!
There will be three winners. They will get the following:
1st place gets: Their banner gets put up on the Navy Spheals, They get free, no denial admission to the Navy Spheals, as a captian (optional), and a first place trophy.
2nd place gets: Their banner gets put up on the Navy Spheals, they get free, no denial admission to the Navy Spheals, as a general (optional), and a second place trophy.
3rd place gets: Their banner gets put up on the Navy Spheals, they get free, no denial admission to the Navy Spheals (optional), and a third place trophy.
