No true, many new members, such as Inane Contemplations and lady Roserade, are actually rather expeirenced. While other members(they-not-to-be-named 0_o) are rather n00bish for being on so long(no Pokelen, i'm not talking about you).
Also, you should get your named changed to that :F

No, but again, I won't name the names. n00bs are people using horrible grammar, posting threads that they know will be locked and such. Also, please don't try to guess, or post any member you believe fits the criteria.
