The Official PB Mini Cup 2: Members vs Mods

Hey, everybody! The Mini Cup 2 is finally ready, and it's coming with an all-new twist! Obviously, members will be playing against staff, in order to decide which group of players are superior! Here are some details about how this tournament's pairings will work:

Pairings will be done differently, since this tournament is members vs moderators. For round one, each moderator will be assigned two members to play against. After we have an uneven number of moderators or members, each moderator will have to play more (mods doing badly) or less (mods doing well) members each round. If members further their lead early, the moderators' chances of winning drop even more dramatically. The chances of somebody beating five members are much less than somebody beating one or two members. Members are given a huge advantage at the beginning of the tournament, but they better not lose it! After anybody (mod or member) loses twice, they are eliminated from the tournament.
