You need to beat Darkrai. To do that, you need to clear Crevice Cave and then do a mission (found in my wonder mail thread) for the Secret Stoneplate. Then, put it in your inventory and go back through Crevice Cave. Darkrai should be in B2F and then once you beat him you should be able to evolve....at least thats what I heard.

All I needed was 2 Reviver Seeds, 3 Sleep Seeds, and powerful attacks that were linked. Oh! I also used MANY Max Elixers to get through the dungeons before Dark Dialga...

Give your Turtwig Bullet Seed and Chimchar Fury Swipes. When Diagla appears, use the moves to KO Diagla. It works perfectly fine if it were PMD#1, and if PMD#2's Game Mechanics doesn't change, you should do fine. Bring along 3-5 Reviver Seeds too.
