IMO, there should be an extra round for NFE pokemon. Only including those who lose a type upon evolving.

First, this rule was made after the ground round (I think). A couple people proposed this idea to me, and I liked it. It would be fair to the Pokémon like Eevee that have a lot of fans but can't compete even though the evolutions aren't eevee's type. If you dig down deep enough I'm sure you can find discussion about this rule

I am up to Keeper's suggestion, though, if enough people support it

- That some unevolved Pokémon get their round while most don't.
- Their evolved formes already had rounds.
- It guarantees unevolved Pokémons in finals.
- It's much easier to get through such a tiny round.

Excuse me, what IS fair about that?

Pokemon with a different type then their evolved forms are more separated from their evolutions lines then other NFE pokemon. Like Eevee and Nincada.
I think they more then deserve their own round.

Do you have a problem with NFE pokemon Teal? You're more then welcome to sit that round out.

How are Nincada and Eevee separate at all? And Fletchling, Surskit and Swablu? It's just a type change. It doesn't justify special treatment in any way. Lordi just wants Fletchling to advance and I don't know who you want, but that doesn't matter.

Me? I don't care if any NFE pokemon advance or not. I'm just trying to be fair to those who are fans of the pre-evolved forms. This game is just for fun. There's no reason why the rounds can't be silly.
Heck, for the fun of it there could be an all starters round. An all baby-pokemon round. Legendaries. Normal rodents. Gimmicks.
Whatever we like.

I actually DON'T want any NFE Pokémon to win (with the exception of fletchling because peace treaty swag) but that doesn't take away the fact that the majority seems to agree that there will be an NFE round. I'm not really sure, though. I'm going to think about it.
