Description: Well, it has a lot of defense and HP...use Toxic to pwn ;D
Moveset: Toxic, Selfguard, Rest and Bulletshot
Bulletshot: Strenght (--) Bulletcoat changes his Defense to Attack for a turn and then it attacks.

Anyways, I guess I'll just wait and see what others post - though, there was already a CaP earlier, but I guess this one is official (or maybe you made the older one, too - I can't remember). xD

You can only get 3 Evs from a pokemon. Not 16.
Lol at gender chances.
And it's a little too much like Rayquaza as well. Otherwise, it's awesome. ^__^

Also, if we're doing one, do we have to follow the form? It doesn't really work.

Concept:Decentralizer/Support: Evolution of Xatu

Description: Xatu evolves into Gautoo Via Shiny Stone or by having a Shedinja In the party. Gautoo's sprite was created by me using alot of fusing and recoloring. The goal of Gautoo would to become a great supporter for the OU tier. Here are the base Stats:

Evolution line: Dunsparce Via Level up with the move AncientPower taught.
I've allways thought Dunsparce has deserved an evolution. This is what sounds good as an evolution for him. Here are the Base stats:

Atk 95
Def 105
SpA 40
SpD 110
Spe 85

BST: 540

Basically, It has good Stats, pretty good physical movepool and a good abilty, Serene Grace. Here's it' movepool:
