Yes, every Pokemon has been healed. I will add 3 levels to each Pokemon that had trained that day, making the appropriate evolutions if needed.
Everybody got back into the helicopter. Mr. X went back to the controls and said over the intercomm, "We are now heading to the Kanto region, I repeat, we are now heading to the Kanto region. And Rileigh, no need for the net this time, I don't plan on killing anybody. Yet. The guy I'm looking for will hopefully reason with me. Hopefully."
Haxorus grunted. All of the Krookodile Drones were destroyed. "Hax, haxorus, haxor, HAX! HAXORUS! Hax, ha" he said. He then pressed a button, sending Simipour, Simisage, and Simisear Drones througout The Region. Haxorus looked at everybody, expecting them to go after them.

Simisear looses an arm but keeps on going, using Fire Blast.
A purple swirling vortex, flashing thunder and lightining, manical laughter. The transportation process has happened again. Another young boy has woken up in bed, confused.
And with that, we have met our cap. For now. And if anyone is confused, you need to run around The Region looking for and trying to destroy Simisage, Simipour, and Simisear Drones.

"Ugh that hurt... Hey wait a minute where am I?" The young man walked around his house for a bit and then noticed the round object on the floor. "Oh my Pokeball! Hope Pawniard is okay." He threw the Pokeball and out came a small red and gray Pokemon with blades for hands. "Pawniard!" "Well it looks fine. Still..." He walked outside the cabin. "Yep this not Johto."

Jon ran over to Lickitung. "Nice job on the drones! We need to search around. Let's go back to the lake. Can you use surf to take us there?" Lickitung started a Surf, but instead randomly used Rollout. Lickitung started glowing as it rolled and when it stopped, there was a Lickilicky facing Jon. "Wow Lickitung evolved!" Jon and Lickilicky ran to the lake.
Jon ran over to Lickitung. "Nice job on the drones! We need to search around. Let's go back to the lake. Can you use surf to take us there?" "Well guess we should take a look around huh Pawniard?" "Pawn." The two walked around the area for a bit and came up to a sign post. "Cool this sign says there's an arena to the left of here. Let's check it out."
