I heard as a rumor that visiting Black City each day would eventually bring new citizens to the town, but I doubt it's true.

that is weird. when i went there there was the 10 people there and everything. i battle them every day. ALSO is it true that if you see the grass glow gold then a shiny is in that patch? that is what my friend said that he saw on serebii

i got to black city in 5 day. i also used the extralink with my cousin so that might have something to do with it

BTW how does the extra link work. does the person with white have to be in white forest? cause we couldnt figure it out lol

i dont know what you mean. once you have the EV's they dont go away. you cant mess them up once they are earned

Yeah, so long as you don't use the EV Reducing berries, your EVs will stay and you can train your Pokemon however you want (provided you've given your Pokemon all of the EVs it needs, of course). You might want to ask here next time.

I messed with my ds clock for a stupid reason..and now my black city is empty. is there any way to fix it? :(

I'm having the same problem with my White Forest, there's no grass there and only 2 random dudes walking around outside. I haven't even messed with the DS clock... =(

On the topic of Black City and White Forest being empty, does anyone know if Black City or White Forest has to be populated in your friend's game in order to fill up your own when using the Entralink?

OH YA i remember i changed my clock too cause i thought that was how you got kyurem so i changed it to winter and no one was in black city....and i couldnt get kyurem (i didnt know that you had to go to the lake) so i changed it back to normal (that days date) and everything was fine. try that. slick would know all the answers rofl
