Just got back from seeing it. I was pleasantly surprised, and it's definitely worth going to see. It's a lot of fun, with out being stupid like many Disney movies are.

It was based off a book series that got alot of good reviews wasn't it?

The previews looked cool, so I may go and see this one before it comes out on DVD (I usually don't get out much to watch movies in theatres anymore...it's gotten just a little too expensive for my budget, so I usually just wait for the videos/DVDs/Blu-rays to come out). It has Nicholas Cage in it, if I recall, right? I love most of his movies because they're usually pretty action-packed.

It isn't out yet I thought...

It looks like nothing more than an alright movie, nothing spectacular. And since it's coming out next week, that's a poor week to come out since Inception looks much better. I might see it at the cheap theaters, it depends.

dmaster out.

Eh, I dunno. Passes off as a cheap summer flick that you're bound to forget when summer's over. Hopefully it'll still be above-average compared to the other summer flicks we've been getting...Nicholas Cage and that guy from Tropic Thunder's a nice pair though.

I've seen it as an advertisement in Magic: The Gathering with it's new Core Set Magic 2011, it seems like it might be like Fantasia which I hear was a REALLY good Disney movie back in the day.

Despite the success of this film at the box office, Miyazaki still pwns Disney Animated films even though films like Ponyo and Spirited Away didn't gross out as much in the U.S. as they did in Japan on the first release.

I want to see it because I love story lines that include stuff that would never happen in real life. =)
