The Truth (vileplume, reuniclus, and bulky attackers)

It's not so much space, although that influenced the decision, it was more terrakion does the same thing for less space. Terrakion also has a higher damage output, which is a plus for it.

It can, but I feel the damage output is too low. I still love it, so I am testing it right now.
EDIT: for the record, this is the list I am testing
3 Solosis (BW 55)
3 Oddish (UD 60)
1 Gloom (UD 27)

DOUBLE EDIT: game 1 completed. Beat eelzone. He just didn't have enough energy to ko all my pokemon. This is where donphan came in. The reason he lost is because for every donphan, thats 4 energy in the lz. These are the changes I would make.
-2 Metal
-1 Cobalion
-1 FSL
+2 PONT
+1 Kyurem
+1 water

Your TSS seems odd you have a lot of trainers for a trainer lock deck. Also why reshiram if you have kyurem? Is it for weakness?

yep. I only have 8 trainers, and all of them are needed though.
EDIT: finished game 2 against mirror match. Lost. He used Terrakion basically the whole game and won. Could someone give me a list with the pros and cons of the two? I'm so torn between the two...

Yeah I've been trying to get a steady truth deck list and a 6 corners one because those are my options of what I want to play

Sorry I'm mobile so replies are random but I'm leaning towards the truth just seems more fun to play.

The only advantage I see to Terrakion are having 10 more HP, being able to use a colorless for one of the energy costs for each attack, having a rarely used weakness, and being a basic. Donphan on the other hand has a 1 for 60 attack, a great body, lower retreat, same damage for 3 energy, and can put damage on the board for an outrager if desired. I say Donphan is the way to go especially with a low energy deck only needing 1 to setup is awesome.

Donphan has no advantages over Terrakion. They take the same amount of cards to charge up their first attack but while Donphan's 2HKOs everything that is weak to it Terrakion OHKOs them after a KO. Terrakion's second attack is also essentially cheaper-it takes 4 cards to pull off while Donphan's takes 5, and Terrakion can use a non Rainbow or Fighting Energy for one of its costs. You lose to a Mageel carrying Cyrogonal if you use Donphan, there's nothing they can do against Terrakion. Run Terrakion over Donphan every time.

But the thing about donphan is it can tank, requires one less energy for more damage if they didn't score a ko last turn, can one shot thundurus's all day with no exceptions, and can power up outrage. And I have two :p
EDIT: magnezone also takes 4 energy to ko it.

Doesn't matter; The Thunderdome will likely be taking early prizes with Thundurus and Zekrom, and if they manage to take say, three prizes (a reasonable assumption, I'd say, and something thats backed up by my experience piloting The Truth), then the advantage of 4 Energy per Lost Burn is negated, because they would still have 6 Energy left to take their last prize.

Donphan also can't OHKO Magnezone without three whole turns of attaching Energy (that you lose the turn after, when they hit you with their second Magnezone). I cannot stress how much of a fail that is. You can't answer the threat properly, and can't recover fast enough from losing those energy. Its also a stage one, so they might even be able to KO your Phanpy before you evolve into Donphan (Catcher, Thundurus and PlusPower?).

Terrakion, on the other hand, is weaker in other matchups (not as good a Tank, in general), is so very, very strong against Magnezone. It just rips straight through the entire deck, and since you can choose when to give your opponent KOs, you can control Retaliate's damage output beautifully. Land Crush is also easier to power (still hurts when you lose it, but its doable).

And the intimidation factor of benching a Terrakion and giving it an Energy is huge.

This deck requires thrives off of a low energy steady damage tank. Donphan fits this role perfectly. Don't get me wrong Terrakion is a great zone counter/revenge killer but other then that I just don't see it in this deck as the main threat.

Druddgon is actually a great card in this deck. It halps a ton against Chandelure and saves you against Cake/Cobalion

Hmmmmm, so donphan is good otherwise, but terrakion is good against magnezone? I guess I'll go with terrakion because it would allow for a beartic line. Against the mirror, terrakion outclassed donphan. As for druddigon, sorry, probably not. I need to start with pichu to fill my bench.
EDIT: here is the list I am using now. Sorry for the awkward layout, I'm copy and pasting from bebessearch.

I'd much rather see scizor here while it's less bulky I feel it has better damage output with a pretty cool body but that might just be me.
