I'm looking for a deck that can (almost) completely lock the opponent's actions: Trainers, Supporters, Poké-Powers, Poké-Bodys, Stadia and more if you know more thinks to lock.
IMPORTANT: you do not have to write down a complete 60-card deck,
the cards essential for the combination are enough, it is allowed to write down a complete deck though.

I was thinking of the following:
4-2-4 Gengar
2-1-2 Ampharos (SW/PT)
2-2 Cresselia X
1 Spiritomb

What do you think?
Suggestions, Other Ideas, Ratings and lots of other things are appreciated.
 
What's the point completely locking everything? To do all that would be incredibly complicated and chances are it's impossible to do. Just run something disruptive - you can't lock EVERYTHING.
 
Yeah, this is too slow to compete. I see no point in cresselia, other than spreading and making the deck slower. I see nothing to stop bodies, or trainers, unless you add memory berry.

You're probably better off running PT Ampharos alongside damage spreaders like Froslass, Yanmega, MD Bronzong, or SF Abomasnow.

ETA: You could run a 1-0-1 Amphy line in a standard Dusknoir-Gengar deck as well.
 
Well, if you KO all their Powers it's hard to win. And if they know I take a prize next turn because of Ampharos' Body they won't play supporters. With Cresselia X, you can put damage on Power pokes to make them useless.

You don't lock everything, but as much as possible.
