Well, the number of lv.X's has been confirmed, so that's good. And I tried enlargening and cleaning the Buck's image but still couldn't find the number

For the list, I'd say Castform would stay with the rest of its forms. I'm pretty sure that its been that way for all the sets, as they're still technically the same Pokemon

In Japanese, all the Castform cards are rare. However, if we included those on the rare list, Heatran would be number 35, and Heatran has been confirmed as number 30. That is why I intially put all of them in uncommon rarity, along with Crawdaunt. (He too was rare in Japanese.)
