Ok So I bring in my DSi with pokemon. I start playing it the first day everything is fine, My friends are all like oh cool a DSi what are you playing so I said Pokemon they didnt say anything. Next day I start playing my DSi and pokemon and some jerk come up to me and says HA pokemon what are you a baby? Why dont you get something better!THen all my friends go on his side, ???, seriously? one person says something bad about you playing pokemon then others have to pick on you,

Your friends are not your friends. If they sided with the jerk and did not even step up for you, I would not call them friends. Its tough bring pokemon to school, I just did not care, they made fun of me for a while then stoped.

I bring my TCG t school and nobody cares except some people who I just ignore or I say because I do or I give them a Lecture untill there bored :D

They don't sound like good friends, to me. I really hate people that are so narrow-minded. They know nothing about Pokemon, except maybe the Anime, which I will agree is pretty bad. But, they know nothing about the video games, assuming it's like the Anime. I'd ditch those, "friends" of yours, and just take whatever people say about it with a grain of salt:
It doesn't matter what other people think, just what your heart tells you. If your heart tells you Pokemon is for babies, then don't play it. Or maybe you are fine with that. If it doesn't then keep playing Pokemon.

I honestly hope I helped you,

The funny thing is 2of the people that were laughing at me played pokemon, they apoligized earlier yesterday, but I kinda stopped talking to some of my other friends, after that.

Im in college and we actually have POkemon tournaments. its like the opposite at my school because we know all of the metagame strategies in games like pokemon and yugioh and stuff like the. most people that SUCK A** at pokemon will hate on it.

Thats great you get to have tournaments.:)

Thats cool, I wish my school would just accept people who play pokemon and leave them alone

Chill; your friends just want to distance themselves from anything considered childish. They'll get over it sooner or later.

However, your friends don't sound very friend-y, I definitely agree. :|

Oh don't even get me started on people like that. I could write a whole essay on how stupid people like that are and I still couldn't fit how much I hate them! And it doesn't help that everyone at my school is like that!
SO MANY N00BS!

Everyone bothers me for playing Poke Cards. I actually sometimes think of leaving it, but then a light comes and says:"Dude, ya gotta play PokeZ" So I do.

What I can't stand is people think their interest is great and everyboby else's stink.

I used to bring my cards into school when I was at Primary School, but ever since I went to High School, I don't because I would just get bullied. But some of my friends still play it so it's alright for me.

I think your friends just don't want to get picked on as well.

To be honest, I don't think those guys are really worth your friendship if they're gonna turn on you like that. I suggest trying to make some new friends.

Luckily, I don't really have to worry about this at my current school. Practically everyone's either a fan or neutral to the franchise, and many people are competitive battlers. However, I've had to deal with this problem at past schools...

To keep that from happening, I don't tell Anyone that I play Pokemon...
A good sense of personnel privacy can benefit you in life.

People think pokemon is g** untill they try it. People on my bus use to hate pokemon, and as a joke they, bought it. Now, everyone on my bus plays it. They're all noobs, but at least it is accepted.

LOL, they hated is so much they..decided to buy it. How incredibly dumb :p. Anyway I would advise getting new friends because the ones that followed the bully seemed like followers and as the great Aristotle once said:

"A friend to all is a friend to none."
