Pokemon Three Legendary dogs?

PS the suicune article in the Japanese Wiki does not emphasize on what Suicune is. There has never been any official Nintendo or Pokemon Company information claims released about this, because they want to stick to the fact that the legendaries are "beasts" and not dogs or cats or gerbils, etc.

I hope this clears out the misconception in the whole internet about how these legendaries are DOGS.

Conclusion: They are FELINES.

One more thing: Why do Entei and Raikou's Pokédex entries in Neo Revelations say:

Entei: "Volcanoes erupt when it barks."
Raikou: "A Pokémon that races across the land while barking a cry that sounds like crashing thunder."

if they're felines? Unless of course cats can all of a sudden bark. :x

In my opinion, they kind of look like dogs.....but I never spent any time to study them to make sure.

Entei => Got mane + Looks firece = Lion

Raikou => Black stripes + Yellow body = Tiger (though the fangs remind me of a Saber Tooth Tiger than the one that exists now)

Suicune=> Weird spots + Blue = NO IDEA! It doesn't resemble a wolf, a dog or a cat for that matter. :S
