(Deck edits added)
Pokemon: 15

  • Shinx - 3
    Luxio - 2
    Luxray - 2
    Miltank - 3
    Kanga EX - 3
    Mega Kanga EX - 2
    Victini (Fliptini) - 2
Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums: 33

  • Muscle Band - 3
    Protection Cube - 3
    Prof Letter - 3
    Prof Sycamore - 3
    Shauna - 2
    Evosoda - 3
    Rare Candy - 2
    Surprise Megaphone - 1
    Ghetsis - 3
    Pokemon Fan Club - 2
    Switch - 3
    Aspertia City Gym - 3
Energy: 12

  • Electric - 8
    DCE - 4

Strategy: This deck revolves around 2 cards, Luxray and Protective Cube. These two make a great combo, allowing you to get a Stage 2 Pokemon with 140HP, and 120 for only 2 electric energy and a colorless, without the nasty 30 damage recoil! Kanga EX is for the ease of drawing 3 cards for only 1 colorless, making it easy to get the cards I need, while also being able to Mega Evolve it to do pretty good damage. Miltank is here for a cheap 80 damage for only 1 colorless, as long as Luxray is on the bench. Muscle Band makes Mega Kanga EX and Miltank even more powerful, boosting Mega Kanga to 120 (plus what ever amount of heads you get), and boosting Miltank to 100 for just a single colorless! (as long as Luxray is on the bench).

I'd really appreciate any feedback on this deck, and thanks for reading!

Why not add 2 aspertia city gym? You are running 2 colorless pokemon, and giving them 20 more hp is always good since it also removes your opponents stadiums as well.

Also look for Rare Candy, its a must for any deck with 2 step pokemon.

Also pokemon center lady is just bad. Dont play her. Get some Shauna or N instead of her.

Drop surprise Megaphone to 1 since you dont really worry too much about tools.

Drop protect cubes to 2 since you only have 2 luxray.

Drop evosoda for Rare Candy.

I completely forgot Aspertia City Gym was a thing, I'll definitely be adding that. I'll add a few Rare Candy, but I'd rather keep PCL, mainly in case someone uses Megaphone on me, and my Luxray starts taking recoil damage, but I'll drop it to 2 of them.

140 hp isnt a lot, and healing 60 isnt going to really do anything. Its a waste of a supporter. you might as well use super potion. If you are worried about status effects. Put a keldeo ex in there.

Eitherway i think you are going about using Luxray the wrong way. I could be wrong. But either way, my thoughts are using its 1st attack, snipe fang. Look at your opponents hand and discard a trainer card. This means that every turn you can just deny your opponent 1 card while doing 40 damage. Granted thats not very much, but if you can get a turn 2 Luxray, you can basically lock them out of supporters for a while.

Using this with Ghetsis, which makes your opponent shuffle all the item cards back into their deck. In theory it should make it quite hard for you opponent to set up. There will be times when your opponent has multiple supporters, but since you can see their hand you can discard the one that least benefits your opponent. Like if they have a hand that has a lot of key resources they cant discard but also cant play, force the juniper to stay in hand. If you are low on cards, leave the N there.

Also if you are usuing Mega Khangaskhan, put in a Fliptini into your deck.

-2 switch
-1 pfc
-1 pcl
-1 luxio
-2 evosoda
-1 protection cube

+1 luxray
+3 rare candy
+2 shauna
+2 Aspertia City gym

hope this helps!

Got rid of PCL completely and added in a couple Ghetsis, also added Fliptini ^.^ I'll update the first post with the current edited deck.

-2 Professor's Letter
-3 Switch

+1 Sycamore
+2 Shauna
+1 Escape Rope
+1 Computer Search ACE SPEC

In really all decks that play it, Professor's Letter is only run in counts of 1. Generally most decks play from 8-12 energy, so Professor's Letter is needed, but not in such high counts. I took away 3 Switch because in most decks, you'll only need 1 to 2 switch cards. I can see this deck only needing 1 and Escape Rope is just better than Switch because it can force your opponent to send out one of their Pokemon that are already weakened in order to finish them off. Every deck needs an ACE SPEC and Computer Search seemed better over Dowsing Machine, Scoop Up Cyclone, Scramble Switch, etc...

Really you don't need those PCL's so remove those and put in a couple of Colress, a really great late game supporter allowing you to draw up to 10 cards.

Hope this Helps,
