Pokemon:20
4-4 Raichu Prime (Pikachu BW)
4-4 Eelecktrik (Tynamo #38)
4 Thundurus

T/S/S:28
4 PONT
3 Juniper
3 Sage's
3 Collector
3 PlusPower
3 Junk Arm
3 Communication
3 Great Ball
3 Catcher

Energy:12
12 Lightning Energy

This deck focuses on attacking with Raichu's Mega Thunderbolt turn after turn, thanks to Eelektrick's Ablitiy to attach discarded Lightning Energy to a bench pokemon, and Raichu's Pokepower to move the Energy back to the active Raichu. Thundurus is the starter of the deck to get the three Energy required to attack T2. So let me know what you guys think and what improvement can be made.

I was thinking of this same deck, and because of water types such as Vanniluxe and Kyurem there won't be many Donphan decks to have to struggle against. Just in case, you should put in something like Tornadus. What about a starter pokemon, like cleffa or pichu, because starting with lone Tynamo and a terrible hand stinks. One huge problem i see is no catchers. Take out the 2 super rods and put in 2 catchers, because turn 2, 3 energy raichus with catchers could really mess up your opponents set up. I also think you should take out a juniper for the cleffa or pichu. If you play a Tornadus, obviously put in DCE. Tornadus would help against Donphan, while returning energies to your benched pokemon to help them set up, while also dealing damage and with catcher, disrupting your opponent's set up with catchers. These are some suggestions, you may or may not use them, whichever you would like.

correction in the first sentence- I was thinking of this same deck, and because of water types such as Vanniluxe and Kyurem there won't be many Donphan decks for this deck to struggle against.

I agree with RougeChomp. Take out 2 Thunderous for 2 Tornadus and take out the Rocky helmets for Babies/Manaphy.

Thanks for the feedback, but I'm not worried about Donphan it's not a big deck in my meta, as for the Thundurus they are the key stater to the deck. Baby pokemon have some benefits in most decks but this deck has enough hand refreshment plus I don't like the fact I could be asleep for multiple turns. I will try to take out the Super rods for Catcher.

I disagree with cleffa/manaphy. I have been working on raichu for a while (back with the level x) and speed/consistency is the key. I like the juniper idea (I used sage/eng adjustments). Thundurus is great as a starter. Able to get 2 energy ready for raichu is crucial.

My suggestions,
-1 tynamo
-1 elecktrik (won't need more than 2 active)
+2 catcher
-1 plus power ( no need for 4 with junk arm/rocky helmet)
+1 electric energy. A must when you are discarding 3 a turn. Like 14 in my build.

Also switch might be an option, with catcher around they drag up the eel and having a 2 retreat bites!

Updated!!!

-3 Cheren
-1 PlusPower
-2 Super Rod
-3 Rocky Helmet
+3 Catcher
+3 Great Ball
+3 Sage's

This makes the deck run smoother I found Rocky Helmet was really a waste in the deck so I sub'd in Catchers. Running 4 copies of every Pokemon I decided to take out the 2 Super Rod and 1 PlusPower for 3 Great Ball, since the chance of finding somthing I need in the Top 7 is very likely. Finally I think the change of Sage for Cheren is better in this deck for discarding Energy and it thins the deck faster. So with those changes in mind what else can I do to the deck to make it better?
