Thundurus... good or bad?

Umm, Pachirisu is used as energy acceration, so you get a T1 attacking Zekrom. If you have to use Thunderus' attack, you can't get a T1, and most likely you can't get a T2 (only switch will let you get a T2).
 
I guess it's a little better than having to have 5 cards perfect every opening hand >_> ZPS you make me laugh :p. In this case you only need Thunderous, 1 Energy, Collector...that is 3 cards that you need every opening hand...and that is even a stretch >_>
 
Actually, with Juniper, you often get a T1 Zekrom. I'd say I get one 40% of the time. You need Collector, Zekrom, and 2 energy/Energy Search.

Thunderus though makes it so there's no way you can get a T1 Zekrom. Its worth trying I guess.
 
Well yeah I know but as far as zekrom goes I dont play it because its way to inconsistant. Once catcher comes out zps will be extinct. Unless yoy rely heavily on SSU, which, is inconsistent stoll

Also I know 80 damage isn't that much but there's not very many basics that have higher hp than that. I do see your point about Zekrom being a better basic electric type and how Thundurus can be OHKO, but with PlusPower, if Thundurus attacks first then Zekrom ko's itself.

Anyway, I really hate Thundurus, It won't work at all. I mean, It has less HP then Zekrom, worse attacks.
 
Come on... I'll add a Cleffa from your pick of set.

I'd rather not trade Donphan, they'll probably go up in value.
