So, it says "a pokemon that has evolved this turn, can still evolve" or something along those lines..

Does that mean I can do.. lets say

Lay down Larvitar
Evolve to Pupitar
Evolve to Tyranitar

All in one turn?


Man, think of how fast Claydol is gonna get. And other stage one techs.



Question 2:

It's the start of the game and I have Scizor as my Active and my opponent has Palkia Active. My opponent goes first, and passes. My turn I play T.S.T. Can I evolve to Scizor?

That's how I read it.

The drawback, of course, is that both players get to take advantage.

That's how me and my friends use to play, but that's when we first started out and didn't know what in the blue blazes we were doin lol.

The key is, you have to get the stadium card out first, which I don't think that any supporter that is legal can search for a stadium...correct me if I am wrong.

There are pokemon that can search for stadiums like Palkia (DP/GE/Promo??.) However there is one other drawback most fully evolved pokemon require multiple energy to attack. Aside from that and opponent uses nothing pulls it down.

lapras looks for a tool and supporter and energy. not a stadium. i think palkia and budew from dp are the only 2. there could be more though, i am just to lazy to check my folder.

IMO it's a bad card. I really don't feel like giving my opponet the advantage, even if I get it.

Machamp, Kingdra, Gliscor, Blissey, Banette, Rhyperior, Infernape (MD), Claydol, Porygon Z (JAPANESE PROMO), Bronzong, Mothim, Gyaradoes, Magmortar, Leafeon, Weavile, Furret, Drifblimb (SF), Exeggutor (LA), Prinplup, Starmie, Yanmegga, Scizor (MD), Toxicroak (MD), Shedinja, Ninjask, Togekiss, and Wailord are all good examples of cards that go well with this card, especially cards that hit for 0 or one energy.

alright, i have checked my cards. as well as dp palkia and budew, you can use the following to pull time space tear from your deck. weavile dp, girafarig mt, furret sw, slowking ge, unown y la. there are some coin flippy ones but those listed are the only ones who will put it directly into your hand no exceptions. and as abaxter has proved, why would you not want to use this card. the list of decks that will benefit from it are huge. i think it will become as staple as roseannes for many ppl.
 
Pokémons that search Trainer cards (Girafarig, Budew) don´t search for Stadiums.
