Tins...and other odd collectables.

I found this Tepig tin at Rite aid while I was stopping by....But I'm questioning if this one is real. All of the other Tepig tins came with 4 packs and a Figurine....This one was ten bucks and only came with just 3 packs. The thing is, on the back it just says it only has 3 packs and the promo...
The plastic internal packaging has a round indent under where the booster packs were where it looks like the figurine WOULD go.

Here's the back of it. The other tin doesn't look any different except from the labeling on the back.

If this is real, at least it adds to the tin archive, I tried googling this already.

It appears Tins are being re-issued with a different boosters than original issue.

I got one of those about 4-5 months ago just for the Oshawott promo. When I opened it I kinda liked the somewhat older packs (2 Rising Rivals, 1 Arceus, and 1 HGSS) but was bummed that there wasn't a figurine.

I opened a Tepig tin that had 1 HGSS, 1 Arceus, and 1 Rising Rivals. I kinda regret it since none of the sets are legal, but the only cards I wanted would've been basic energies from HGSS.
