Too poor for mewtwo EX

DarMAXitan. if you are lazy then you could go to Magmortar TM and Emboar... Unless you hate ALL deck millers. Run at least 20 fire. It sounds crazy, but it will make you win in three turn if you are playing it right.

Net profit? Because as someone who has no expences and makes over $1000 a month selling cards I think it could be close...

I'm actually impressed. Unlike other collectable games, Pokemon is hard to make money off of in my experience. But yes, my statement still stands.

^I considered doing that, but wasn't sure, so I didn't.

Anyway, if you have 2000 bulk cards that you don't mind shipping, I'll trade you a FA mewtwo for them.

PM your response, I'll forget to check back here.

Until you find a mewtwo EX, use Audino EP

x2 the damage for half the HP. Also searchable by level ball

No... big difference.
Not x2. You flip for the 40. So 2 flips (2 energy) usually is 40. With mewtwo, 2 energy is 40.
Also, X Ball includes the defending pokemon's energy. Making a deck with Audino EP is not good, and not a Mewtwo replacement. If you don't have Mewtwo, play something else.

Mewtwo isn't a huge superstar =/

I been playing CMT for awhile now, I only have 1 mewtwo (Haven't been able to get a second yet) And I hardly ever end up using him in games. I only drop him on the field after someone has dropped there own mewtwo. I usually play out most games with Tornadus, he's such a beast!

You insult me.

And audino has the potential to do tons of damage, but you have a very good point about the matchup, because audino is meant for energy stacking.

Maybe try running Mewbox, it's been picking up steam again since it's success at
the ECC recently. However Mewbox doesn't run Vileplume anymore, it runs Yanmega, Terrakion (Eel variant counter), Prism, Level Ball, Judge, Copycat, and Jumpluff so yeah it's completely aggro but it still works.

One of my friends played it against Celebi/Tornadus/Mewtwo and swept the game against it easily. Don't know If it still runs Pichu for Playground or not to Mass Attack with Mew like it did before, you could also run regular Zekrom to counter Tornadus but it's probably not needed though.

Mewtwo EX is a very nice card to have in almost any deck, but without it, you don't auto-lose every game. As others said, you could try a deck that has no use for it (Mewbox, Durant, etc), or you could try playing one of current Tier 1 decks without Mewtwo EX (is not trying to imply that Mewbox/Durant aren't tier 1)

Mewbox is a deck that I very much like, and I played in a lot of tournaments in the past year or so. It gives you a lot of disrupting power, along with the ability to dish out a lot of damage fast. Mewbox also gives you the ability to play any Stage 1 or 2 Pokemon that takes a low amount of energy. Great targets for this include Muk, Jumpluff, Chandelure, and almost anything else you can think of. ND really gave this deck a couple of great cards, like Prism Energy and Level Ball. It's a really great deck choice in a format that has Pokemon with high retreat.

Durant on the other hand, isn't one of my favorite deck because it takes no skill to play. I prefer a deck that takes more skill and thinking than Durant, although I suppose it's a very competitive deck for a new player. Durant combines disrupting power with milling. With most decks playing cards like Professor Juniper, it can easily win before most decks take their six prizes. It can also start attacking turn 1, which helps greatly. Being able to play cards like Crushing Hammer and Lost Remover can stop your opponent from taking their six prizes even if they set up fast. Now, because most people only play one Pokemon down on their field to make sure their other Pokemon can't get catcher'ed up, I've also heard some Durant's adapting to play Shaymin EX to knock out your opponent's only Pokemon when they have 1 prize left. I know you hate Durant, but it's a very solid deck choice that many other decks will have to worry about at States.

Hopefully this helped you make a good deck choice.

Honestly I think it is alright you don't have Mewtwo. Just don't let your opponent know you don't have one and they will play completely different. Even though Mewtwo is extremely good there are ways around it.

im sorry to say this but it is durant xD lol. or idk try something older....something noone trys to counter anymore. yamaga...donphan??? but thats just my opinion. and thats why im a bad player lol.

You COULD play a Mew Prime rogue with Cinccino. That way, you'll be doing loads of damage while countering Mewtwos at the same time. PM me if you want a list.

So is typhlosion Resharim EX officially better than Emboar Resharim EX?

Actually no. I was just listing Reshiram with Fire, and Typhlosion happened to be the first thing that popped into my head. Now that I think about it, ReshiBoarEX would probably be better than TyRamEX.
