Ruling Top 100 per Division Globally Player Rewards

What really confuses me is how some people got these in the top 100 in the division globally and some people not in the top 100 got them?!? Also, the Georgia Regionals ISN'T UPDATED yet, if it was than I would be in the top 100. My friend who's not in the top 100 globally in the division got these Promos (yes, even the Catchers). How does this work???

Ok, yeah my friends told me at the prerelease Sunday that they were last year's rewards. That explains a lot haha.
 
Open a support ticket on pokemon.com and explain the situation. Tournament Organizers have 7 days to upload a tournament from when it is completed before it is considered deliquent. My Regionals isn't showing up in my judging history at this time either.~KA
 
Please note that Catchers and stuff are 2012 Player Rewards and thus can't be affected by recent tournaments.
