Strategy: Set up a Toxicroak with a gain and Psychic with a Skuntank benched and a stadium, poison them, and then start attacking.

Luxray makes this deck viable. Also a 2-1 Mewtwo makes this deck so much better.

-1 Energy gain, +1 Power Spray. Every SP deck needs 4 sprays, and 4 gains is overkill really. 4 sprays speed up your deck because they maximize your chances of drawing into a Spray, so you can get other stuff with Cyrus's.

Ah. I love this deck. Remember, this deck is supposed to donk against everything non-sp. Therefore 4 Sprays isn't needed.
