Brands are not our friends, but it is kinda nice to see TPCi thumb its nose at imperialism, or at least invite discussion on important issues. Paying into a vaguely progressive cause is great, but there are always deeper issues within brands that can be sidestepped by these sorts of conversations. Despite this, this political move has an objectively positive consequence, and that's a good thing.
