Ruling Trainer decks, card tins, and boosters - oh my!

I'm familiar with buying booster packs from several other cards games, but I'm wondering what "trainer decks" and "card tins" are...? Someone mentioned to me that I should look into buying them if I were looking for specific rare cards.

Can anyone help me out with what trainer decks and card tins are? Do they come with guaranteed cards/preset card lists?

Thank you again for helping me out with some basic questions. :)
 
Card tins are anywhere between 12-25 dollars. They feature 4 Booster Packs and 1 special card (Promo). No clue what a Trainer Deck is. Unless that's trainer kit
 
Trainer Kits come with 2 Specific decks, basically already made decks, they have rare cards in both decks.
 
Aha, so it seems that the "tins" are boosters plus a specific card, and trainer kits are specific decks that are always the same. Thanks!

Is there a list somewhere of what cards are in the trainer kits? Depending on what they have I might be better off getting a trainer kit than another few boosters. :)

I found that one before about the EX trainer decks, but I was looking for information about the D&P trainer decks.

That said, I found the trainer decks at my local game store and they have a list on the back of all the cards they contain, so that answered my question.
