Translations for New Cards: Electivire, Dusknoir,Lunatone,Ether,Scizor!

with a bench of 3 or more, you 2HKO an eviolited EX and they 2HKO you back. and if they're 2HKOing you you need to 4HKO them to maintain an even trade. with a 2HKO, you're pretty far ahead.

Setting up Kyurem is going to be really difficult. The format is way too fast. Any good player won't let it happen. A good Garchomp Altaria player can OHKO Kyurem by turn three. A good Darkrai or Eels player can kill a Kyurem turn 3 as well. Kyurem seems too slow to function, especially when you are trying to set up a Stage 2 at the same time. You won't have room for hammers if you have a heavy stage 2 line in the deck. That's just my two cents, take it or leave it.

Kyurem and Dusknoir will be an awesome deck.
If you're worried about eviolite then just use Tool Scraper, not that hard.
And just use 4 Catcher to bring up high retreat pokemon then spread and move damage to stronger pokemon.
Energy excel.= Lunatone/Ether and Exp. Share.

A: It's harder than you think, stage 2 decks like this don't have much list room.
B: Catcher? How about Darkrai EX the most played EX in format Catcher up your Dusknoir and ruin your whole strategy.
C. For the Energy Acceleration, refer to A.

Dusknoir isn't nearly as important to KO as Kyurem. Even without a Dusknoir out, Kyurem is a very strong card and if it spreads several times, your opponent will be in serious trouble.

Not really, if you Catcher the Dusknoir, you can OHKO it, and put 30 damage onto Kyurem, from there, you use either a plus power, dark claw, or Tornadus EX's Power Blast to take out Kyurem. As far as GarTaria, Kyurem doesn't have time to be built up. ZekEels you just out-speed and over power it. Really the only deck it will be able to keep up with are Quad-Entei from weakness. And maybe Empoleon/Terrakion, but even then you could tech in a Cobalion NV to OHKO Kyurem. I don't see how it would be a good deck.

Does anyone else think that Ether could be amazing in decks that don't have an Eel/Patch? If only it didn't need Pokedex to work :/

Energy excel. wouldnt be the problem. I'm going to use Lunatone/Ether.
Dusknoir can be set up with Skyla/Rare Candy and a Ball engine.
Kyurem is what they will want to KO and you can bench those easily.
And this deck can also use Darkrai EX easily.

I don't like the Lunatone/Ether system, it seems too Hit or Miss for me.
True, but it still takes multiple turns, give the one turn Darkrai EX the advantage.
Refer to my last post about KOing Kyurem.
How can it EASILY use Darkrai? Even with Lunatone/Ether, getting a Dark Energy that you'll probably run a >6 of will be hard to get. Also, you'll need Ether to charge Kyurem.

I don't see Darkrai working in this deck because you don't want to change your energy lines too much for Ether.

I'd run:
2-2 Musharna
4 Kyurem
2 Terrakion
2 Lunatone
3-1-3 Duknoir

4 Ether

I could see that working out decently, since you really only need one Ether to work per Kyurem, assuming they're 2HKOing Kyurems. You could also use EXP Share, but Eviolite would be much better to prevent Darkrai from sniping a Kyurem then OHKOing next turn.

Darkrai works because of being able to free retreat.
Just add Dark Patch and then you can get the third energy on Kyurem as well.
It was just an idea anyway.
Skyla/Rare Candy and Ball engine should only take 2 turns if used well.

From what everone is saying, this is a ROUGH list of the non Darkrai EX deck and the Darkrai EX deck:

2-2 Musharna
4 Kyurem
2 Lunatone
3-1-2 Duknoir

I don't see EITHER of these decks being very good, at all.

I personally don't think Kyurem/Dusknoir will be that great, but Emopanda is making it out a lot worse than it will be.

Then what is your list EliGagerNorris? I posted those two list because that is what everyone says will work, care to evaluate on what you would change in this list?

I don't have a list, but I do know you are making irrational /negative claims about the deck (for instance, Garchomp is also a Stage two).

GarTaria has search power, speed, and attack power. It is a very solid and amazing Stage 2 deck, this one however, is not.
