Excluding effects of abilities (like Simple), or moves that can have variable effects based on other conditions (e.g. Growth in the sun, Shell Smash, or Belly Drum), what status moves in the video games are guaranteed to raise a stat(s) by 3 stages total, as of Generation V, assuming that the stats don't reach a stage of +6? You must name how many, as well as their names.
The question is less complicated than it looks.
