Indirectly contributed by WujiKyurem:
Name all of the hold items that can be held upon obtaining a Parasect in some form or fashion (not counting when a Trainer physically gives it an item - it must come fresh holding the item). Sort those items from least rare to most rare. You do not need to put down the % odds of holding each item.

This is probably wrong, but I'll say in order of least to highest rarity Tiny mushroom and Balm mushroom.

The question was whatever items could be obtained by Parasect some way. It gets Gold Leaf in GSC via a forward trade from RBY, and the other three can be received as held items from wild Parasect in varying degrees of success.

I think its Nuzleaf.

It and Lombre learned it at the same level in Gen. 3. But I played Pearl, and my Lombre learned Fake Out before Nuzleaf.

Correct again; Lombre learns Fake Out now at level 11 in Gen 4, but for Nuzleaf they kept it at 19.
