RE: Trivia of DNA I

I doubt Double Kick works. Twineedle for the second category?

RE: Trivia of DNA I

Nope, sorry; Twinneedle only reaches 50 iirc.
Here's a hint for you guys: Start trying to name the Pokemon backwards from Unova; you should be able to get 2 of the remaining 3 right away. The 3rd will take a bit more thinking, but you've overlooked it - it's hinted at in previous posts.

RE: Trivia of DNA I

Naming the Pokemon backwards? As in, reading the Pokedex list in reverse order? Or as in going:
initciV
yvinS
etc.
This is a very challenging and enjoyable thread, DNA! Well done! I'm completely stuck for this one. :/

RE: Trivia of DNA I

Okay for the first one my guess is gear grind. For the second one my two are bone rush and tail slap.
Edit: I wonder how my auto correct got that.

RE: Trivia of DNA I

Guilty got it. Gear Grind (Gear Saucer) hits for a guaranteed 100 BP, and Bone Rush and Tail Slap both have 25 BP and can hit up to 5 times. He gets 3 points.

Let's take a trip down Memory Lane. Boot up your video games.
How many TMs have been the same move in every Generation so far? Do not count HMs.

(This means you'll need to look at #1-50, since 51 and over didn't exist before Sinnoh.)

RE: Trivia of DNA I

TMs 06 (Toxic), 14 (Blizzard), 15 (Hyper Beam), 22 (SolarBeam), 25 (Thunder), 26 (Earthquake), 28 (Dig), 29 (Psychic), 32 (Double Team), 38 (Fire Blast), and 44 (Rest) have contained the same move in all five generations.

RE: Trivia of DNA I

Cool game DNA.

I'm going to take a shot in the dark here - 14?

RE: Trivia of DNA I

16.
Just to get the subscription post. No, it's a legit guess.

RE: Trivia of DNA I

TDL is winner. Not only did he name how many, he also gave their names.
Guilty Spark, I said in the initial rules that you are not allowed to edit your posts at all. Because of that, I will infract you 2 points and you will not be allowed to answer the next 2 questions.

What is the last Pokemon in National Dex order whose Nat'l Dex number is also a prime number?

RE: Trivia of DNA I

Isn't it 649 itself, Genosect?

RE: Trivia of DNA I

Dark Void, thanks for fact-checking. I thought the answer was Genesect, but I forgot 11 was a prime number. Sorry, Delta...I have to give the points to Dark Void instead ;(
I'm better than that Paddy guy. People pointed out his flaws all the time but he didn't change his answer; if you point out I'm wrong you get rewarded.

Now it's time to remember Pokemon with form differences.
I am trying to think of dual-typed Pokemon, that have form differences, whose typing is the same in ALL of its potential forms.
There are exactly five of them. You can guess any or all of them. Each correct response gives 1 point, so a max of 5 points can be earned on this question.

RE: Trivia of DNA I

I'm gonna throw out Giratina.

RE: Trivia of DNA I

Giratina and Gastrodon are both correct. +1 to each of you.

There are 3 still left unnamed.

RE: Trivia of DNA I

Fan Rotom, Wash Rotom, Heat Rotom, Mow Rotom, Frost Rotom?

RE: Trivia of DNA I

Nope. They don't count anymore since their appliance forms are all different.
