Answer: So its the year 2163. The Earth had run out of drinkable water. Using the latest new technology, the government has developed a plan. They are going to split the elements in the ocean apart, then reform them at a later date into pure salt and pure water, therefore granting humans a massive amount of drinkable water. However, as anyone who can tell you a thing or two about elements knows, this is a ______ ___ ____ - which is why I believe the government is going to do it.
