Ruling trouble with pokepowers/bodys

If a pokepower says
"...you can only use (what ever the power is) once during your turn" does that mean that you can only use that power once during your turn, or could you use it twice if you had two of the pokemon out?
(also asking about if it says "once during your turn")

yes, as it is self-reffering. Unless it states "You cannot use more than one XXX poke-power a turn", you can swarm and use multipes.

If it is worded like "Once during your turn you..." then you can use it once per pokemon. If you have more copies of that pokemon then you can use it once for each of them.

Like Absol said, the only time when this doesn't work is when the card specifically says "You can't use more than 1 (whatever) Poke-power each turn". Like on Pidgeot FRLG for example.

yes, you can use the same pokepower each turn as long as they are 2 copies.
