Strategy:
Get T2 lock and damage switch with reuniclus. Kyurem ex is the main attacker, regigigas ex is the second attacker.

Do you think this deck is still viable in the metagame ?

I don't think 2-1-2 vileplume may be consistent. I have found 3-1-2 to be the better play. In my Truth EX deck, I have also found shaymin EX to be immensely helpful for attacking when you are behind.
-1 PETM (isn't that great and uses up your supporter for the turn)
-1 twins (usually find 3 to be enough)
-1 level ball (isn't really needed)
-1 regigigas EX (Haven't really found it that useful in my testing, surprisingly)
-1 rare candy (found two to be enough)

+3 Sage's (draw power)
+1 shaymin EX (attacking)
+1 PONT (drawing power)
 
I would not use Shaymin EX in The Truth. I have done well with the Truth, and I can say keep Gigas. It helps against Durant, you worst matchup, and Shaymin is easily ko'd.
 
I agree with the easily KOd part, but for me it has saved me in quite a few games. Against durant gigas is really useful but if it is prized I usually just use another attacker.
 
Do you think the Truth is still viable, with Raikou EX able to snipe Reuniclus for the KO?
Anyways, I'd lower the Mewtwo EX and Kyurem EX down by 1, since neither will be particularly helpful in larger numbers, and you could add another Seeker and Rescue energy for them
 
Sadly, I don't think it will still be viably in the future. Raikou EX will snipe down vileplumes and many of the supporters this deck needs will be phased.
 
In my variation I personally run 3 Oddish, 2 Gloom and a 2/1 of Vileplume and Bellosom, 2 Terrakion (Due to Eels and will help against Raikou when that bridge is crossed), 2 Kyurem- for starting and applying early bench spread (helps against slower opponent starts with anything pretty much), I only use one Kyurem EX, Mewtwo EX, Regi EX and run 2 Cleffa. Sages definitely help get the cards you need when you need them EG: Rare Candy.
 
You have way to many EX cards in here. I would cut a few of them for consistency cards like Sage's and Ns. This deck is all about set up and people keep focusing on the attackers. Also, Donphan is still a great card in this deck.
