So I would say that a TSD is 30-36 Shipped.

Well say your field looks like this:
1 magmortar lv.x in the active spot, one magmortar on the bench. Your opponent knocks out your magmortar lv.x then on your turn you, play TSD, flip one or more heads, and level up your magmortar that you sent out.
