I think our SV6 will only be Crimson Haze, Mask of Change and the cards from the Battle Academy. Night Wanderer is likely 6a and would be in our SV7 along with Stellar Miracle.

There should be 12 Trainer Cards in Mask of Change, with the 12 new Trainer Cards in Crimson Haze and the switch and Pokémon catcher reprints it makes 26 trainer cards in the set. So they must have been counting the FA and SIR Trainers to reach the 30+

Twilight Masquerade is looking good so far. I just hope that the set numbers line up once Mask of Change is fully revealed. I don't want another Temporal Forces. I think that the remaining three SIR cards belong to Ogerpon's other masks. And the gold cards too.

I believe Palafin ex might be a cut card from MAsk of Change which would mean we're getting another ex to replace it in the set, maybe Garganacl ex or one of the Battle Academy ones

As I pointed in the article, I think it's highly unlikely. Why would they rush releasing Palafin when we have 2 gym promo exs that remain unreleased (one for almost six months now)? Also, Palafin is a really good card and gym promos usually aren't. All three cards would also need to be gym promos, since they are meant to be played together I doubt they would put baby Finizen in a set but make Finizen ex a gym promo and we've never seen gym promos working like that before (though we did get a Wopper/Quagsire line in the last batch).

There's 24 water type Pokémon in Twilight Masquerade , 8 from Crimson Haze and 16 from Mask of Change. It could just be an alternate art promo.

Yeah, that'll probably be the case with the Finizen. Palafin ex is confusing to me though. Why put an ex from Mask of Change instead of Garganacl or Flamigo? Or even the Battle Academy exs?

The Applin IR got revealed in English and im pretty sure with the 2 slots in-between it and Eevee that the Dreepy line is getting Illustration rares and Dragapult is getting a SIR.
