Capitalize Defending and I'm telling you, [F] weakness is better. Just look at MT Tyranitar.
Yep, Defending's and Active's and Bench's first letters are capitalized. In making a card, you may or may not follow same weaknesses the real cards had. It's up to you if your going to change it or not, that's part of the originality of concept.

Fighting weakness, grass weakness, what does it matter. I've made a deck with every T-Tar ever made, my main deck being T-Tar Ex D and the grass weakness was always there. Sure it was sometimes right beside fighting but doesn't make a difference. MT T-Tar with the fighting weakness, that 1 out of how many? Sorry but I'll be keeping it to grass.
