This is my speedy Ttar build with two counters to Donphan.

Pokemon: 16

3-2-3 : Tyranitar (mountain eater; boost gas; prime)
2-2 : Mandibuzz (EP; BW)
1-0-1 : Samurott (promo; n/a; shell armor)
1 : Basculin (final gambit)
1 : Smeargle

T/S/S: 32

4 : Bianca
3 : Collector
2 : Sages Training
2 : Juniper
2 : FSL
4 : Communication
3 : Rare Candy
3 : Junkarm
3 : Research Records
2 : Switch
2 : Max Potion
2 : Catcher

NRG: 12

4 : Spe. {D}
3 : Basic {D}
2 : Rainbow
3 : DCE

Total : 60

My main focus is using Darkness Howl to spread alot of damage. This of course sets up Mandibuzz's Blindside. Basculin and Samurott do very well against meta threats like Reshiram and Donphan (especially donphan). Smeargle is a great starter. Juniper, Sage's, Bianca and Research Records make a very speedy engine (try it), and provide alot of strait draw as opposed to shuffle and draw. Max potion can let one Tyranitar pull off 3-4 Darkness Howls, even against a set up opponent. The fall-back is Megaton Tail, which can hit the magic number 130 every turn with one Spe. {D}.

One very specific question:
Should I add Bellsprount TM and switch one Communication for Elm's to better counter Beartic.... I have done zero testing against beartic :(

Possible 61st cards:
Jarachi UL/CoL
Elekid TM
4th Collector

Possible Exclusions:
Smeargle Col/UD

What do you think? suggestions? Thank you :D

Anyways, I would take out the samurott line because if just the dewwott or samurott is prized there is no way of setting it up and +another basculin. I would also - smeargle because of the chance that your opponent only has a supporter like juniper in their hand then you would have to discard your entire hand and maybe you didnt want to do that. If you want a starter I would replace the smeargle with a cleffa or manaphy, if not i'd just add another larvitar with another tyranitar to get more consistency and help get Ttar up faster. Minus the 2 FSL and 2 Biancas to add 4 PONT because with bianca there are time where you got big hands then you cant use it unlike PONT where you can use it anytime you wish.
Here it is summed up.
-1-0-1 samurott
-1 smeargle
-2 FSL
-2 Bianca
-7
+1-0-1 Tyranitar Prime
+1 Basculin
+ 4 PONT
+7
And I wouldnt add the bellsprout unless you have tested against beartic to see if you need it or not but if you do want to put it in dont use bellsprout use carnivine TM has the same exact attack but double the hp but its retreat is 2 which is on the downside.
